JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner also that along with Soni Khatoon, she took the victim to go to the market and thereafter the victim-girl was kidnapped. The victim has supported the allegation in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. against the petitioner also. She further stated that she sold to someone and anyhow she could escape.

Considering the aforesaid material, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4115 of 2017 (3) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 Raghopur Police Station Case No. 45 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Hajipur, Vaishali.

Hence, prayer is refused.
