The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a primary school teacher. She is quite innocent and has no criminal antecedent. She has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Having heard both sides and keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is woman, and other facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner

No.19788 of 2019 dt.22-05-2019 2/2 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikpura, in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.
