The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No.196 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioners have got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides are agnates. It is

No.22668 of 2022(3) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 submitted that the petitioners are said to have assaulted Awadh Bihari Singh by means of farsa causing injuries on his head and other parts of the body, but the injuries are simple in nature. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitiners.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing the bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S.
