This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for direction to the court below to dispose of Title Suit No.284 of 2011.
In view of the relief claimed under Article 227, this application is not maintainable in judicial side. It is admitted fact that the High Court exercises supervisory jurisdiction in judicial side as also in administrative side. So far judicial side is concerned, the High Court examines the order passed by the court below whereas in administrative side the High Court examines the other grievances. In the present case, since the suit is of the year 2011, no such direction can be passed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in the judicial supervisory jurisdiction.
