In this application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has raised several disputed questions of fact relating to right, title and possession, which cannot be adjudicated in a writ proceeding. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
