The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 479 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/32(iii)/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern either with the vehicle in question or the illicit liquor. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is languishing in judicial custody since 10.02.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
