The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 153 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is the father and brother of the petitioner and there is land dispute between them.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
