Petitioner is accused in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 registered under Sections 461/379 of the I.P.C. and section 66(c), 66(d) of I.T. Act.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Ritesh @ Ramit @ Amit @ Vikash Chaturvedi. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is further submitted that co-accused Ritesh has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27835 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 No. 13282 of 2016 on 07.04.2016. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2015 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Patna in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner, who shall file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
