Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 194 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has been falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and he submits that the petitioner has eight criminal

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application stands rejected.
