JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 The present review petition has been filed for review of the order dated 09.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 6317 of 2017 wherein though it has been stated regarding grant of benefits of 1st & 2nd A.C.P. to the petitioner herein, however, it is the contention of the petitioner that the same is required to be granted on the basis of 06th Pay Revision Committee recommendation. Hence, to that extent the grievance of the petitioner still exists.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.91 of 2019(4) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 case and the aforesaid contention made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Superintending Engineer, Building Construction Department, Darbhanga regarding his grievances pertaining to grant of benefits of 1st & 2nd A.C.P. on the basis of 06th Pay Revision Committee recommendation.

Accordingly, the petitioner is granted four weeks' time to file appropriate representation before the respondent no. 2 who shall dispose off the same within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The present review petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 09.04.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 6317 of 2017.
