====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C)/21(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 20 packets of smack weighing 10.84 gm were recovered from co-accused Prakand Kumar who disclosed the name of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and quantity

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20292 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 of recovery, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
