The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 35(a), 41(i), 41(2), 47 of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016. Recovery of liquor is alleged from pick up van and petitioner was not there at the time of recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2019 with following conditions :

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18615 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
