The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 337 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that petitioner is father-inlaw of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The deceased had died on account of excess bleeding after giving birth of a child.

From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7417 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 337 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
