The petitioner seeks bail in Chandauti P.S. Case No.149 of 2017, registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.04.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.3424 of 2018 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within three months.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has not yet been concluded. Petitioner is in jail since 25.09.2017 and he has got no criminal antecedent. Taking into consideration the facts that of course the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner but petitioner has already remained in jail for about a
