2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the land in dispute is a private land and grievances of the petitioner is against private respondents, who are forcefully interfering in the possession of the petitioner's land.

3. Counsel for the State submits that the dispute raised in the present writ petition is completely private in nature and the remedy of this case lies before the competent Civil Court.

4. Upon specific query that whether petitioner and private respondents are relatives or not? Counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties belong to the same ancestors.

5. With the direction to the petitioner to avail his remedy before the competent Civil Court, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
