JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother of co-accused Ravi Kumar against whom there is specific allegation of kidnapping of informant's younger sister. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 22.04.2016 and having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Sushil Kumar Yadav @ Sushil Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with G.R.No. 1224 of 2016 arising out of Nath Nagar P.S.Case No. 115 of 2016.
