Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 7805 of 2018, arising out of Rail Mokama P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to the oblique reason. Petitioner has no concern with liquor and bag in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
