Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely confessional statement of co-accused namely Rahul Kumar @ Vikash, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.07.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 45561 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2018.

No.58374 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018.
