On getting confidential information regarding selling of country made wine over a tempo bearing registration no.BR1J-5964, raid was conducted. None was apprehended however on search nine cartoons each containing twenty bottles of 200 ml were seized. It has been disclosed by the informant that confidentially he has been informed that aforesaid activities were managed by Fuddan Rai along with his staff Baua Kumar (petitioner). Petitioner happens to be under custody since 17.06.2016. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Baua Paswan @ Baua Jee @ Baua Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Buddha Colony P.S.
