2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 483 of 2024 instituted under Sections 96 of the Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita, 2023 lodged on 27.07.2024 by the informant, Nagina Paswan.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that his minor grand-daughter has been taken away by the petitioner.

4. In this case, a coordinate bench had called for the case diary which is available and learned APP on query has informed that the girl has still not been recovered.

5. He further informed that process under section 84 and 85 of the BNSS, the petitioner has been declared absconder

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23552 of 2025(3) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 and a poster to this effect has been affixed on his wall.

4. Taking into account the aforesaid development that has taken place, directing the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda, Biharsharif to take steps and get the matter investigated under Sy. S.P., the anticipatory bail application stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
