The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120(B), 363, 365, 366, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25273 of 2023(2) dt.11-07-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
