2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., the informant has been alleged that Kajal Kumari (daughter of the informant) has been married with Abhishek Mandal and after marriage, she went to her in-laws house where she was tortured for demand of four wheeler as dowry. It has further been alleged that, on 17.07.2023, in the night, the informant got information that her daughter died by strangulation by her husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the petitioner but, prior to her marriage, she had fled away with one

No.26202 of 2024(6) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 Abhishek Kumar, resident of Danapur, and she was brought by her parents and after persuasion, she became ready to solemnize marriage with the petitioner. The marriage was solemnized but she did not break her relation with Abhishek Kumar, resident of Danapur and after solemnization of her marriage with the petitioner, she again fled away with the said Abhishek Kumar, resident of Danapur.

5. A report was called for from the Superintendent of Police to verify these facts and the report is available with the record which shows that, after her marriage with the petitioner, the victim (deceased) had fled away with the said Abhishek Kumar, resident of Danapur.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
