The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 341, 323, 307, 379, 385, 504, 342, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 15 E.P. Act, 1986 and Control of illegal Mining T.S. Rule Section 6/4. Allegation has been made that truck carrying the sand was intercepted by the police. The driver of the truck has shown challan but it is a case of overloading as the challan was for 500 fts. whereas the quantity of the sand was 800 fts. Looking into the aforesaid fact, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59328 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.165 of 2018. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed only after verification by the court below about the genuineness of the challan.
