Earlier, ABP No. 861 of 2014 filed by the petitioner before the court of Sessions Judge, Katihar was dismissed on 16.9.2014.

Heard Sri Md. Helal Ahmad for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The complainant is the sister-in-law of the petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner is that in the context of removal of some bamboo sticks there was some altercation between the parties. There is no allegation that any serious injuries were received by the complainant. The quarrel appears to be mostly family dispute.

Hence, this application is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43078 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 I direct that in the event of being arrested, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Balrampur PS Case No. 120 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
