The petitioner appears defrauding the younger brother of the informant and others in the name of obtaining employment. The victim and others were cheated huge amount of money which is indicated in the written report itself. The allegation and the nature thereof do not permit the Court to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad.
