This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Madanpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2021. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20226 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 learned Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Madanpur Police Station, District- Aurangabad, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case.
