JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-02-2024 This is an application for quashing of the order dated 03.12.2013 issued vide memo no. 9889 dated 03.12.2013 by the respondent no. 3, by which he has disposed of the representation of the petitioner and for quashing of the letter no. 4645 dated 10.07.2014 issued by respondent no. 04.

2. The petitioner was allotted L.I.G. Plot No. C.337 by the Bihar State Housing Board in the District of Saran and the petitioner as per the various demands by the Bihar State

Patna High Court CWJC No.18913 of 2014(7) dt.19-02-2024 2/2 Housing Board has deposited in total Rs. 3,536/- only.

3. During the course of hearing, the Bihar State Housing Board has come with an affidavit and demanded Rs. 1,05,818.18/- till February 2024.

4. The petitioner has produced a demand of Rs. 1,05,819.00/- and handed over the same to the learned counsel for the Bihar State Housing Board.

5. In view of the above, The Bihar State Housing Board is directed to finally register the plot no. C-337 in the name of the petitioner after taking all the necessary steps.

6. If there is any delay on the part of the Bihar State Housing Board, the Bihar State Housing Board shall not be entitled to demand any further payment from the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
