JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 registered under Sections-302, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners happen to be in-laws of the deceased.

In course of investigation, it came to light that the deceased committed suicide on account of family feud. Furthermore, witnesses stated before the I.O. that petitioners used to quarrel with the deceased on petty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42004 of 2014 (4) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 issues, as a result whereof, the deceased committed suicide.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
