Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1063 of 2014 (5) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 The petitioner has moved the Court for quashing of the F.I.R. of Chanan P.S. Case No. 16 of 2013 dated 07.04.2013, as far as she is concerned.
Pursuant to order dated 14.07.2015, 2nd supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4 in which copy of supplementary chargesheet has been brought on record which shows that the investigation has finally been concluded and the petitioner has not been sent up for trial.
In view of the aforesaid, the application having been infructuous, stands disposed off.
