The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Ishakchak P.S. case No. 34 of 2015 under Section 366, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66 of the I. T. Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer of petitioner for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 08.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23614 of 2015 but the petitioner again filed this petition for anticipatory bail on 23.08.2016 with new facts. It is submitted that photographs of the victim and the boy show that the victim was in love with Raushan Kumar but from perusal of the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr. P. C., it appears that the victim

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36796 of 2016 (4) dt.23-05-2017 2/2 herself made allegation that the petitioner and others forcibly kidnapped her and forced her to marry with the Raushan Kumar. I do not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is once again rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
