This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the suspension order as contained in Memo No. 49/M/19 dated 04.09.2019.

In this case, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 5 to 9 and in paragraph 19 statement has been made that departmental proceeding has already been started and is likely to be concluded within a month.

However, if the departmental proceeding is not concluded within aforesaid period, the order of suspension shall stand revoked.
