Heard Mr. Amit Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Vivek Anand, learned AC to SC 28.

The present application has been filed, seeking direction commanding upon the respondents to ensure payment of all his retiral dues, including pension, gratuity, General provident fund, Earn leave, Group insurance and the arrears of salary for certain period, mentioned in the writ application. Learned counsel for the State seeks four weeks time to seek instruction and file counter affidavit. List this case after six weeks, time in the meanwhile, may be utilised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder to the counter affidavit, if so advised. It is made clear

Patna High Court CWJC No.9763 of 2021(2) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 that in the aforesaid period, all the admissible retiral dues of the petitioner must be paid, failing which, appropriate Order would be passed.
