ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 The present modification application has been filed on behalf of petitioner Vijay Prasad Sah, who was extended the privilege of anticipatory bail along with two other petitioners, vide order dated 17.11.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.40927 of 2016.

It is submitted that due to certain unforeseen circumstances, the said petitioner could not present himself for filing his bail bond within the stipulated period and as such, the time having expired, the petitioner seeks extension of time for filing his bail bond and appearing before the court below. For the reasons stated in the modification application, the time fixed for surrender of the petitioner is extended by further period of two weeks from today, failing which the order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2061 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 dated 17.11.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.40927 of 2016, so far it relates to the present petitioner Vijay Prasad Sah, shall stand withdrawn.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
