Petitioner seeks bail in S. C. No.166A of 2011 arising out of Pasraha P.S. Case No.35 of 2008 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the First Information Report. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. Specific allegation is against co-accused, Guddu Singh, of causing fire arm injury to Kundan Kumar with rifle.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59910 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Fast Track Court, 1st, Khagaria, in connection with S.
