3. In the light of the facts and circumstances that the

Patna High Court MJC No.3639 of 2018(4) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 petitioner has been reinstated on 06.11.2017 and he has been paid full back wages in terms of Annexure-C, the present M.J.C. petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to make a necessary application for revival of the present order in the event of non-payment of full back wages.
