14-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board through video conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the competent authority i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6812 of 2020(2) dt.14-09-2020 2/2 respondent no. 3 and concerned respondent no. 3 may be directed to pass order in the light of Annexure - 8 to the writ petition i.e. Office order dated 23-10-2018 issued by the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above, with direction to concerned respondent no. 3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order, in the light of Annexure - 8 to the writ petition, within a period of ten weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

With above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
