Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 17.01.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Naugachia in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 438 of 2014.
