28.08.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Dinara P. S. Case No. 72 of 2014 dated 23.03.2014, instituted for the offences under Sections 376, 341, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The grounds raised in the petition do not make out a case for quashing of the F.I.R.

Even otherwise the investigation of this case began in the year 2014 and in the absence of any specific information about the stage of the case it can be presumed that the investigation has been completed. If the same has not been completed, the Investigating Officer shall conclude the same within a

period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
