2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.06.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions JudgeII, Sitamarhi in S.Tr. No. 230 of 2016, arising out of Majorganj P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, whereby and whereunder the Court concerned has dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner u/s 227 of Cr.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed as it has become infructuous.
