The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 217 of 2019, arising out of Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a), of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 222 liters 350 Ml liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that neither the liquor nor the car from where the liquor was seized belong to the petitioner. He submits that

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 217 of 2019, arising out of Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019.
