The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that Krishna Kanhiya, Rakesh Kumar and Lalan Kumar were apprehended by the police in course of fleeing away from the vehicle, in which, huge quantity of Indian Made Foreign Liquor recovered. On query, they disclosed the name of this petitioner along with Mantu Singh, Pintu @ Kumar Gaurab and Alok Kumar @ Loka having hand in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1908 of 2017 (2) dt.28-01-2017 the business of liquor. It is further submitted that except the confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Sheikhpura, in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
