2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338 and 336(3) of the B.N.S..
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of "Shiksha Sevak" on the basis of forged and fabricated residential certificate.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Shiksha Sevak after investigation of all her certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner was not allowed to join on the post and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20306 of 2025(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 later, her appointment has already been cancelled by the Authorities and thus, she has not withdrawn a single farthing from the Authorities. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, fact that appointment of petitioner has already been cancelled and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Bagengola P.S. Case No. 114 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
