The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016 registered under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is land disputed in between the parties. Father of the petitioner is the Pattidar of the informant's father. From perusal of F.I.R., section 376 of the I.P.C. is not made out against the petitioner and even section 354 of the I.P.C. does not applicable.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4156 of 2017 (6) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
