One country made Katta, four live cartridges and one empty cartridge are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 10.05.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 78 of 2016.
