The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.272/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned CJM, Gaya. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the contentions at the appropriate stage of proceeding.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2920 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 2/2 Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of as withdrawn.
