The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners armed with Farsa, Sword, Garasa and lathi abused the informant and on protest, it is alleged that petitioner no. 1 assaulted with Farsa on the head of Qamre Alam, petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have assaulted with Khanti on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20526 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 head and petitioner no. 3 is alleged to have put Gamchha on the neck of Md. Jawed.

It is submitted that There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. Injuries attributed to the petitioners are simple in nature. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have got clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
