JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2024 Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner has made several representations with respect to grant of correct pay scale applicable to the central government employee for the post of Chemical Examiner and all the representations are pending. Subsequent to the same, the central government employee, as a result of 6th Pay Revision Commission, has been granted the benefit of PB2 (9300-34800)+ Grade Pay - 4200. The petitioner holding the same post/position is also entitled for the pay scale applicable to the central government employee.

2. Considering the aforesaid submission made on

Patna High Court CWJC No.11343 of 2015(10) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so desires, may file a fresh detailed representation bringing on record the applicable pay scale for the post of Chemical Examiners as applicable to the central government employee before the Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department.

3. The Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, is directed to pass a reasoned order on the basis of correct materials and after comparing the pay scale of the central government employee considering the fact that the State Government has already adopted the pay scale of Central Government employee within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. With above observations and directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
