JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with a case registered under Sections 376, 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that on pretext of marriage ,he established physical relationship with the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of order of the learned Sessions Judge it is evident that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Notice was issued to opposite party no.2 but no one

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No. 41 of 2016.
