The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner that she along with other co-accused persons committed murder of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is motherin-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35200 of 2016 (3) dt.21-10-2016 2/2 the husband of the deceased. The main allegation is on the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar Mishra, J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016.
