This appeal is preferred against the order dated 28.01.2025 passed by the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge, 1st -cum-Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Sheikhpura, in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No.76 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 70(1)/351(3)/351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 3(1) (r)(s)(w)(i) of the S.C./S.T. Act, by which the prayer of the appellant for grant of anticipatory bail has been rejected. 3.

The appellant is accused of committing gang rape with the victim. The appellant is accused in four more criminal cases.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the appellant, I am of the opinion that no case for grant of bail under S.C./ S.T. Act is made out.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. The appellant is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
